RULES DOCKET
The Rules Docket published here on the web site of the Iowa Finance Authority is the official docket for the agency. Executive Order Number Nine, signed by Governor Vilsack on September 15, 1999, requires each agency of the Executive Branch of the Iowa government to maintain a rule-making docket and to publish the docket on the agency’s web site. This docket lists all rules changes currently in process for the Iowa Finance Authority, from the time notice of proposed rule making is submitted to the Governor’s office through the month when the rule change takes effect. The rule changes are sorted by their effective date.
These rule changes are published, as promulgated, in the Iowa Administrative Bulletin. You may access the text of the notice by clicking on the individual ARC numbers, which will direct your browser to the particular issue in which the filing appeared. Fiscal impact summaries, prepared by the Legislative Services Agency pursuant to Iowa Code § 17A.4(3), are be available at http://www.legis.state.ia.us/IAC.html or at 515.281.5279 prior to the Administrative Rules Review Committee’s review of this rule making.
You may comment on a noticed rule until the date specified in the notice.
