Homelessness Prevention & Rapid Re-Housing (HPRP)

Homelessness Prevention & Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP) is a three-year program that offers a unique opportunity to help individuals avoid homelessness or, if homeless, achieve rapid re-housing and housing stability. The program is targeted to those most in need of temporary assistance, and most likely to achieve stable housing, with or without subsidy, after HPRP concludes.
