Currently no funds are available for this program. However, a loan with an attached Mortgage Credit Certificate (MCC) may be refinanced with a lender that participates in the MCC program. Application for a re-issued MCC must be made by the lender on behalf of the borrower to IFA within 45 days of refinancing the original loan.
