Water Quality Programs

The Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) offers a variety of programs designed to maintain and improve water quality in Iowa. Many of the programs offer below-market interest rates, allowing community leaders to keep local water and sewer rates as low as possible while financing construction and rehabilitation projects. IFA's programs save money for the citizens of our state.

The Iowa Finance Authority is currently accepting applications for the I-JOBS Water Quality Financial Assistance Program. Applications for communities with populations less than 10,000 will be available in the spring.
