Planning & Design Loan Program Success Stories
 The low-interest rate offered by the State Revolving Fund (SRF) allows Hubbard to keep water rates as low as possible while repaying the loan. Comparing SRF to other financing options, I have been very pleased that we chose the SRF. I would recommend that other communitiies utilize Planning & Design Loans as well.  The Council Bluffs Water Works was able to move forward immediately with the development of a major new source of water supply and treatment plant that may not have been possible without an SRF Planning & Design Loan.
